At Twojeys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all packaging intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original Twojeys branded box and secure them in a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
